About the role
- Drive high-volume outreach to hotel GMs, DOFs, Commercial Directors, and operational leaders
- Leverage your existing network to secure introductions, referrals, and discovery conversations
- Conduct consultative, value-based conversations that lead from first touch to signed work orders
- Target 100+ hotels per month through coordinated email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and in-market visits
- Secure 5+ discovery calls per week through proactive prospecting and relationship building
- Build and nurture relationships with above-property commercial leaders across major hotel groups
- Represent FPG at industry events, business councils, and networking forums
- Understand and articulate how upselling impacts RevPAR, ADR, GOP, URI, conversion, and guest experience
- Speak confidently about hotel operations, service culture, and departmental performance
- Conduct impactful discovery sessions that diagnose hotel performance and highlight opportunity gaps
- Deliver short masterclasses or best-practice workshops to GMs and operational teams
- Maintain clear activity and pipeline visibility using Salesforce
- Plan and execute structured cadences, campaigns, and follow-ups to ensure consistent momentum
Requirements
- Currently working in a sales/commercial/business development role tied to the hotel industry (either within a hotel group or selling solutions into hotels)
- Past hotel operations experience (Rooms, F&B, Front Office, or leadership/managerial roles)
- 5+ years of combined commercial + operations experience in the hospitality sector
- Strong understanding of hotel financials, revenue levers, and P&L performance
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and open doors across hotel portfolios
- Highly connected across the hotel ecosystem (GMs, Directors, associations)
- A natural hunter with resilience in long sales cycles
- Consultative, credible, and comfortable presenting to executives
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Proficient with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and sales engagement tools
- Comfortable functioning independently as an Independent Contractor
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for meetings and industry events
- Fluency in English; Thai, Mandarin or Cantonese a strong advantage
