About the role
- Lead the product management function for formwork and shoring systems
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with building regulations and technical documentation for the international sale of products
- Monitor the market, conduct market research and identify customer needs in close coordination with Sales and Design/Engineering
- Initiate market-driven product innovations in the formwork and shoring area, assess commercial viability and implement them, and derive value propositions
- Actively participate in committees and working groups to establish rules and standards in the field of formwork and shoring
- Conduct or coordinate training for Sales and customers on product applications
- Advise on and further develop IT-supported tools for the application of our products
Requirements
- Master's degree in structural engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in product management, sales or development
- Experience in personnel management and the ability to motivate people
- Excellent communication skills in national and international environments and assertiveness
- Strong technical understanding of formwork and shoring systems
- Very good command of English
- Willingness to travel
