Develop scope/fee and support business development activities, including proposal development for water/wastewater master planning and hydraulic modeling projects
Lead multiple project teams for municipal water and wastewater studies, such as water and wastewater master plans, water distribution and sewer collection system hydraulic modeling, water quality modeling in distribution systems and asset management
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
Work with utilities to solve complex issues and develop capital improvement plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer in Oklahoma, Arkansas or Kansas
4+ years of related experience
Preferred Expertise with hydraulic modeling software, such as Innovyze products (InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM SE, InfoSewer, InfoSWMM, H2OSURGE, InfoAsset Planner) and/or Bentley products (SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS, Hammer)
Experience with GIS applications in water and wastewater planning
Experience in client development, sales/marketing, proposal development
Excellent communication skills, both technical writing and verbal.
