About the role
- Identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers
- Creating a strong pipeline of opportunities for the sales team
- Researching and segmenting target markets
- Identifying decision-makers within organizations
- Using outreach channels such as cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and social media engagement
- Qualifying leads based on specific criteria
- Scheduling discovery calls, product demos, or meetings
- Documenting all interactions in the company’s CRM system
Requirements
- SDRs must understand each prospect’s industry, challenges, and goals
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong active listening abilities
- Goal-driven, resilient, and curious individuals
- Must be able to handle rejection while staying motivated
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance and prospect insights.
