About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contributing to the decision-making process and providing in-depth analysis on new and existing customers.
Demonstrating an expert level understanding of job responsibilities in accordance with written guidelines.
Assisting in maintaining customer records for adequate and current information and documentation sufficient to properly evaluate the eligibility of existing and prospective clients.
Identifying and evaluating risk factors and making necessary recommendations to management.
Providing support to the national sales team, working closely with multiple account executives to assist in the approval and renewal process.
Acting as the central point of contact for various departments regarding time sensitive matters involving licensing and compliance.
Performing additional job-related duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, detail oriented and have good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in word and excel.
Ability to read, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graph.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
