About the role
- Develop visual concepts for corporate and marketing events — including event identity, venue branding, stage design, photo zones, and brand areas
- Create and adapt key visuals for various POS materials: presentations, templates, posters, banners, brochures, and other print and digital assets
- Work with the visual identity of office spaces, branded products, and corporate merchandise
- Design and oversee production of navigation elements (signage, wayfinding systems, plans, and indicators)
- Prepare layouts for print and collaborate with external production vendors to ensure quality and brand consistency
- Support the visual consistency of the Freedom24 brand across all materials related to events and corporate communications
- Design visuals for event announcements, reports, and communications (social media posts, landing pages, stories, posters)
- Visualize creative concepts and ideas from the team — through mood boards, presentation decks, décor sketches, and branded mockups
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in an event agency or an in-house event team is a strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of brand identity, composition, typography, and color theory
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
- Ability to quickly visualize ideas and adapt visual styles to different event formats
- Attention to detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Interest in the event industry and enthusiasm for being part of the creative process
- Experience collaborating with production teams (suppliers, print houses, installation vendors)
