Sales

• - Oversee the daily operational and administrative tasks of the sales team, ensuring shifts run seamlessly.
• - Work closely with sales representatives, assigning locations, managing rotas, and ensuring all necessary materials are in place for a successful day of selling.
• - Being a first point of contact for Brand Ambassadors.
• - Researching and identifying new sales opportunities nationwide
• - Documenting detailed analysis of each booking for future reference
• - Providing support in designing eye-catching flower stands
• - Assisting with logistics planning and setup/pack-down as required
• - Keeping an eye on daily/monthly sales targets to understand the financial side
• - Some weekend work will be required
