About the role
- Conducting eco-economic Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies
- Developing LCA reference models for various product groups
- Designing, developing, and implementing new methods and tools for holistic Life Cycle Engineering
- Leading projects with a focus on applied research and development
- Preparing publications, technical presentations, and workshops for knowledge transfer
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge in life-cycle-oriented product design and assessment (LCA and LCC)
- Practical experience with LCA software and LCA databases (e.g., ecoinvent, GaBi, openLCA)
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
