About the role
- You assist in resolving faults and incidents affecting IT systems and infrastructure.
- You provide IT support to employees at the site.
- You also create and maintain IT documentation.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a computer science degree program (university or university of applied sciences) or a comparable field
- Some experience providing IT support
- Structured and self-directed working style, with attention to careful documentation and clear communication
- Very good German and good English, both written and spoken
