About the role
- Performs desktop research across platforms
- Conducts background checks
- Executes social media searches
- Carries out public record searches
- Prepares detailed investigation reports
- Adheres to strict due dates/timelines
- Attends and testifies at hearings as needed
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively and professionally
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Attention and commitment to accuracy and detail
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task
- Understanding of available public records & how to obtain information
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Experience with OSINT tools and techniques
- SOCMINT and GEOINT knowledge is a plus
- Insurance industry knowledge
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (Fluent verbal and written Spanish a plus)
- Associate or bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field
