About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and technology positions across multiple functions and levels
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective recruiting strategies that align with business goals
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Fragomen’s values and culture
  • Utilize Workday and other tools to manage requisitions, candidate flow, and data-driven insights
  • Provide market intelligence and analytics to guide hiring decisions and influence workforce planning
  • Actively contribute to transformation projects within the TA function, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Leverage AI and digital tools responsibly to drive efficiency, consistency, and equity throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams on strategic hiring initiatives and technology adoption

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate and IT/tech roles
  • 2–3 years of prior experience in a staffing agency or search firm strongly preferred
  • Proven success managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Experience supporting organizational or technology transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor’s degree required
