About the role

  • Development and expansion of the sales territory, including implementation of sales and revenue targets
  • Acquisition, management and development of target customers such as specialist retailers, tradespeople, planners and building owners
  • Analysis of market and competitor activities, identification of opportunities and development of appropriate measures
  • CRM-supported sales management, technical advisory on the product portfolio, and conducting proposal and contract negotiations
  • Identification of relevant construction projects, positioning products in tenders and supporting projects through their entire lifecycle until completion

Requirements

  • Several years' experience in field sales
  • Experience in customer acquisition and account management
  • Commercial or technical vocational training or a related degree
  • Market awareness and experience in project/business-to-project sales, ideally in the sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK) sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, and a structured way of working
