About the role

  • We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Analyst to manage and plan raw materials, ensuring uninterrupted production flow. We seek a careful, committed professional with a critical mindset, capable of balancing accuracy and agility in daily operations.

Requirements

  • Plan and control the replenishment of raw materials;
  • Monitor and adjust inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock;
  • Manage shelf life (expiration dates) of inputs and products;
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to quality standards;
  • Prepare and lead KPI meetings, proposing action plans and continuous improvements;
  • Create and maintain Excel controls and Power BI dashboards;
  • Support production and purchasing teams with data-driven decision making;
  • Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, analyses);
  • Power BI (dashboard creation and analysis);
  • Knowledge of inventory control, MRP, and materials planning.
