About the role
- Leading a team of A&D Specialists in generating revenue results
- Work with various departmental directors and managers
- Identify and align tools needs with Formica Marketing and Design
- Engage with regional market selling team
- Facilitate project tracking and execution of A&D initiatives
- Create strategies to increase specification opportunities & effectiveness
Requirements
- Track record of success direct & indirect (Specifications) Sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex pricing structure
- Effective negotiation skills
- Proficient in Sales Planning, project tracking
- Demonstrable skill set utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software
- Four year college degree is required.
