Therapist

• Provide individual and group therapy to individuals who are trying to conceive or in the perinatal period using evidence-based approaches
• Maintain a clinical caseload between 25-35 clients depending on program needs and administrative time
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Support screening, intake, and assessment to ensure appropriate fit and timely access to care
• Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
• Manage internal consults by providing case consultation and co-creating tailored care plans with therapists
• Provide crisis management and stabilization as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary MMH program rounds, contributing to case discussions, treatment planning, and program development
• Serve as a maternal mental health subject matter expert, providing consultation and support to colleagues
• Build and maintain referral pathways across therapy and psychiatry, cultivating relationships with clinicians aligned to program needs
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and address trends, barriers, and opportunities for program growth
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement of the program by helping refine workflow pathways
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of new MMH clinicians
• Develop and deliver internal education on perinatal and reproductive mental health
• Create and present client-facing education, workshops, or support groups for community engagement
• Represent the MMH program at internal and external events
• Cultivate partnerships with external organizations to increase awareness and referrals
• Serve as an advocate for maternal mental health within and outside the organization
