About the role
- Provide detailed analyses and recommendations to operating management
- Develop forecasts, business plans, and annual budgets with operating partners
- Accounting and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial control processes
- Support preparation of business proposals to senior management
- Participate in job rotations across Finance functions to build business acumen
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
- If degree obtained outside Canada, Education Credential Assessment required showing Canadian equivalency
- 1-3 years of experience in developing forecasts, business plans, and annual budgets with operating partners
- 1-3 years of experience in creating financial reports, and developing/implementing financial control processes
- CPA designation is an asset
- Related work experience is considered an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Adept communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada; Ford Motor Company of Canada does not sponsor work permit applications
