• Master the Logistics: Manage the end-to-end processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and plating across multiple states. You will coordinate directly with DMVs, tag agencies, and dealerships to ensure compliance.
• Document Control: Expertly handle critical documentation, including Bills of Sale, Powers of Attorney (POA), and tax documents to facilitate seamless vehicle transfers and moves.
• Customer Onboarding & Adoption: Guide fleet managers through the initial setup of Ford Pro services, ensuring they understand how to use our tools to maximize their fleet’s value.
• Solve Complex Issues: Act as the escalation point for title and registration roadblocks. If a vehicle is stuck in administrative limbo, you are the one who gets it plated and on the road.
• Drive Product Value: Conduct monthly check-ins with clients to review usage data, identify opportunities to cross-sell new Ford Pro features, and gather feedback to share with our Product Development teams.
• Billing & Administration: Ensure clients are billed correctly for services and registration fees, maintaining accurate records in our CRM
