About the role
- Learn to manage a Software Development project using Agile methodology
- Learn Technical Program Management skills such as project scoping, planning, execution tracking, risk mitigation, reporting
- Successfully implement a project (managed and led by you) by the end of the Student Worker period
- Data assessment activities to identify optimization opportunities and gaps within the Software processes
- Metrics definition and dashboarding to help drive data-driven decision making
Requirements
- Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising junior level education status at the start of the internship
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including: Java, C/C++, Go, or Python
- Project management experience through class projects, clubs, or internships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar project tracking tools
- Data analysis and dashboarding experience
- Experience writing code using Business Analytics or Data Visualization software such as Tableau, EazyBI, PowerBI, etc.
