About the role
- Sell ForceMetrics platform and drive net-new SaaS revenue to law enforcement and public safety agencies nationwide
- Work closely with leadership to set and drive go-to-market strategy, establish sales goals, and develop processes for customer acquisition
- Take ownership of assigned territory with a heavy focus on capitalizing opportunities and surpassing sales quotas
- Develop deep familiarity with the ForceMetrics platform and present product advantages, features, functions & benefits to agencies
- Represent ForceMetrics at industry events and build relationships with law enforcement stakeholders across ranks
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead generation, forecasting, and company reports
- Travel to client sites to educate agencies and provide product demonstrations
- Negotiate and close legal agreements and support customer onboarding and deployment processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (deployment, marketing, legal, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience and deal closure
- Develop creative strategies with leadership and advisors to meet customer needs and targets
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must currently live in the U.S.
- Must pass an FBI background check
- Must be willing to take a drug test

- Passionate about helping make a difference in the lives of many
- Proven track record and consistent quota attainment greater than $1M+ ARR/year primarily experienced in winning Net New Logos
- 5+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with expertise in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence
- History as a top performer, consistently landing in the top 10% of stack rankings
- Comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through onboarding processes
- Experience within the public sector B2G vertical
- Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with HubSpot CRM
- Experience managing sales pipeline using MEDDPICC methodology
- Bachelor's degree
