  • Define and govern solution architecture standards, ensuring consistency across ERP, data, and integration landscapes.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into practical, future-ready SAP solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP ERP solution architecture, ideally within grocery, retail, or FMCG environments.

  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP integration technologies (CPI, API-led connectivity, BTP).
  • Experience with SAP cloud and hybrid architectures (e.g. RISE with SAP, SAP BTP extensions), with working knowledge of automation, CI/CD, and DevOps in SAP delivery.
  • Excellent modelling and diagramming skills, with experience using Signavio, LeanIX,  and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF ITAC, IBM AD 2.0, CapGemini IAF or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with core SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, and Retail/Merchandising, with exposure to adjacent platforms (GCP, Blue Yonder, EWM/TM, Salesforce, Sitecore) an advantage.
  • A good understanding of SAP’s Fiori & UX strategy and capabilities
  • Strong planning and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex SAP architecture into clear, compelling stories for both technical and business audiences.
