About the role
- Conduct user research and build service blueprints to inform design decisions and delivery
- Collaborate with ACF partners to define an MVP while continuing to work discovery and validation efforts
- Work closely with product, engineering and ACF teams to understand and document the current state, as well as map out the future state
- Support the design lead with research planning and operations, including outreach to tribal organizations
- Contribute to wireframing and prototyping, as needed
- Support product in gathering and reviewing policy requirements that may influence delivery
- Assist the team with documentation and knowledge sharing to ensure transparency and build alignment
Requirements
- 2-5 years of practical experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within cross-functional teams
- Ability to obtain and hold a federal public trust clearance
- Lived in the U.S. for 3 out of the last 5 years
