About the role
- Convert high-value inbound leads into premium bookings with average ticket sizes of ~$4,500 and ~30% margins
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned VIP clients, handling urgent travel needs, itinerary changes, and emergencies
- Deliver consultative, luxury sales experience to ensure high retention and repeat business
- Proactively identify and pursue upsell opportunities to drive gross profit
- Support billing, payment processing, and finance coordination as needed
- Improve workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Develop and share best practices, documentation, and training to strengthen team performance and margin outcomes
- Be available for time-sensitive client needs as part of a 24/7 luxury travel service
Requirements
- 3+ years in luxury travel sales, high-ticket concierge services, or enterprise-level client services
- Strong communication, consultative sales, negotiation, and margin awareness
- Results-driven, proactive, resilient, high integrity, ability to thrive in a 24/7 high-pressure environment
- Preferred: GDS knowledge (Sabre, Amadeus)
- Preferred: Existing high-level client portfolio or agency partnerships
- Preferred: Experience with UHNW individuals, family offices, or premium travel services
- Preferred: Startup or high-growth company experience
