💰 $64,700 - $88,900 per year
About the role
- Manage day-to-day calendar to optimize the executive's time, ensuring preparation for meetings & priorities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including luncheon planning and travel coordination
- Book travel in alignment with company travel policy, including visas and documentation
- Ensure timely submission of expenses and review/provide feedback on expense reports
- Collaborate and execute on special projects; verify departmental goals and milestones
- Follow up and provide reminders on project deadlines and deliverables
- Take notes and track action items in leadership meetings
- Conduct research, compile, and draft statistical reports & presentations
- Handle budgets, bill paying and monitoring, ordering and maintaining supplies/equipment
- Act as gatekeeper for inquiries, triage requests, and coordinate communications
- Interface with employees across business groups and Senior Executives
- Maintain a pulse of the business and understand organizational issues
- Onboard new employees and train new team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant to senior executive
- Availability to travel around 20%
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Location based in US East Coast
