- Investigate and evaluate union complaints or arguments to determine viability.
- Propose resolutions for collective bargaining or other labor or contract negotiations.
- Draft contract proposals or counter-proposals for collective bargaining or other labor negotiations.
- Interpret contractual agreements for employers and employees engaged in collective bargaining or other labor relations processes.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years full-time work experience in Other Services (except Public Administration).
- Native-level English skills
- U.S. residency
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).
Benefits
- Hourly pay: $48 – $148, commensurate with experience and project fit.
- Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates
- Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours.
- You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will.
