- Designing and developing smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or Vyper
- Writing secure, gas-efficient, and auditable smart contract code
- Blockchain node management, deployment, and monitoring
- Integrating blockchain networks with traditional systems or APIs
Requirements
- Have 5+ years full-time work experience
- Native-level English skills
- U.S. residency
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).
- Participation in hackathons, DeFi projects, or NFT launches
- Background in cryptographic research, distributed systems, or computer science theory
- Familiarity with scripting or automation for blockchain operations
Benefits
- Hourly pay: $32 – $82, commensurate with experience and project fit.
- Hourly rate may be higher for exception candidates
- Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours.
- You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will.
- Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
