About the role

Label language data following labeling guidelines.
Ensure labeling/data analysis tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Review, maintain and improve labeling guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to identify requirements and prioritize tasks.
Work with the project management team to ensure tasks are scheduled and completed according to project timelines.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Implement/improve methods to compare and evaluate LLM outputs.
Create and curate multilingual speech and text datasets.
Evaluate and recommend ML models for topic modeling, summarization, intent classification.
Create data visualization tools and dashboards.

Familiarity with NLP labeling/analysis.
Undergraduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Linguistics or similar.
Understanding of Conversational AI concepts and technologies.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred: Graduate degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Linguistics or similar.
Preferred: Experience with programming and data analysis/statistics (Python, R, Jupyter, SQL).
Preferred: Experience in a customer-facing role (requirement gathering, presentations, etc.).
Preferred: Familiarity with version control, unit tests, and other programming best practices.
Preferred: Proficiency in additional languages.
Preferred: Experience designing and conducting data experiments.
Preferred: Familiarity with bot frameworks such as IBM Watson, Amazon Lex, Rasa or Google Dialogflow.
Preferred: Experience with ML libraries, such as SciKit Learn, TensorFlow, etc.
Preferred: Hands on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning and evaluation.
