About the role
- Attract the best talent for open positions while building and maintaining relationships with talent for future opportunities, supporting the Product Engineering organization.
- Provide a stellar candidate experience with the ability to pipeline candidates for future opportunities.
- Meet and exceed recruiting metrics (time to fill, candidate experience, quality of hire).
- Source using various tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Recommend new strategies and resources for finding and attracting talent.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
- Develop strategic job plans for their requisitions and coach them on hiring best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience including sourcing, preferably for growing, global technology companies
- 2+ years in an in-house environment, technology company preferred
- Experience recruiting engineering professionals required
- Great follow through with candidates and ability to create exceptional experiences
- Proven track record of finding and hiring top talent with a high close rate
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship builder/networker extraordinaire
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Service oriented approach with hiring managers, sense of ownership
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
