About the role
- Own the end-to-end paid media strategy that fuels company growth.
- Lead a 7-figure monthly ad spend to scale new customer acquisition and drive creative performance.
- Manage and adjust budgets to guarantee maximum ROI and efficient spend allocation.
- Collaborate with Inventory Planning to ensure product availability aligns with scaling objectives.
- Monitor margins, CAC, and LTV metrics to optimize spend and capture market opportunities.
- Take ownership of performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging paid channels.
- Execute daily campaign management and optimization.
- Lead a structured testing program to evolve strategies based on platform changes.
- Conduct weekly performance analysis for creative testing and insights.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Paid Media, with proven success in scaling DTC brands.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; familiarity with TikTok and emerging platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets at $1M+/month.
- Proven track record of unlocking and scaling new acquisition funnels.
- Experience leading creative strategy, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
