About the role
- Lead and develop a high-performing database analysis team
- Define and implement the overall database strategy and vision
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of database initiatives with business goals
- Oversee the analysis, design, and maintenance of database systems to ensure efficiency and reliability
- Monitor and maintain database performance, security, and integrity
- Provide regular updates and reports on database progress, metrics, and outcomes
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in database analysis
- 4+ years of experience leading teams
- 4+ years of experience in SQL or database management systems
- 4+ years of experience in data modeling
- 4+ years of experience in database performance tuning
- 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
- Certification in database management
- Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
