About the role
- Perform maintenance, repair and commissioning work on site
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults directly at customer locations
- Provide technical advice and training to customers on site
- Document service calls and maintain customer data in the system
- Work closely with the technical customer service team
- Field-based role - primarily throughout Germany, international assignments possible
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electrician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent)
- Experience in customer service or in the maintenance of machines and systems
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Valid Class B driving license
