About the role

  • Perform maintenance, repair and commissioning work on site
  • Diagnose and resolve technical faults directly at customer locations
  • Provide technical advice and training to customers on site
  • Document service calls and maintain customer data in the system
  • Work closely with the technical customer service team
  • Field-based role - primarily throughout Germany, international assignments possible

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electrician, automotive mechatronics technician or equivalent)
  • Experience in customer service or in the maintenance of machines and systems
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Valid Class B driving license
