About the role
- Drive implementation and delivery of the Value Stream’s key performance indicators
- Research client needs, analyze market trends and best practices
- Develop procedures to improve efficiency and solve complex technical challenges
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
- Define and articulate the business case by clearly describing the value being delivered
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure they understand the business value and requirements
Requirements
- Expertise in Debit and ATM settlement with the ability to lead, mentor, and deliver on product vision and goals
- Deep knowledge of Funds Movements, End-of-Day Settlement, Hold Management, Treasury Support, Reconciliation, and Exception Management
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Advanced understanding of end-to-end systems and application development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
