About the role
- Supporting our sales team with technical expertise and guiding customers through the entire pre-sales phase.
- Conducting technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, workflows and challenges.
- Presenting our solution in demos, workshops and webinars as well as building and presenting customer-specific demos.
- Validating solutions and running test phases or proof-of-value activities until rollout.
- Collaborating closely with product development and customer success.
- Supporting marketing activities such as creating materials or participating in trade shows and events.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our demo environments.
Requirements
- A technical background, ideally in mechanical engineering or industrial machinery service.
- Experience in technical pre-sales, including an understanding of solution validation and test phases in the customer journey.
- Strong ability to explain the value of software solutions and communicate benefits clearly.
- Practical experience in or strong interest in the field of industrial machinery and equipment service.
- Experience with or enthusiasm for working in a tech startup.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, workshops and industry events.
- Excellent English skills.
