• Responsible for the build, maintenance, and execution of the Lending specific Technology DR Plans (DRPs).
• Ensure Finastra technology continues business critical services during emergencies.
• Work collaboratively with management, project management and technical staff to guide the creation (architecture), deployment, and testing of required DR systems and plans.

Requirements

At least 5+ years of relevant IT experience, with 3+ years focused on Disaster Recovery.
Proficient with up-to-date DR strategies and methodologies.
Knowledge of replication tools (ASR, Zerto, DataGuard, Double-Take, etc.).
Expertise in Azure Availability Zones and Chaos Testing for SaaS-based Lending Products.
Strong negotiating/influencing skills.
Ability to effectively provide knowledge transfer to other members of the team.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to build consensus, using team dynamics to achieve positive outcomes.
Goal oriented and action focused.
