• Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and exiting employees.
• Administer payroll, including liaising with a third-party vendor team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, contracts, and other key HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
• Run HR reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making and track compliance.
• Lead performance and feedback processes using performance management tools.
• Provide frontline support to employees on People-related questions and escalate when needed.
• Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline HR operations and policies.
• Support recruitment coordination, including background checks and candidate communications.
