About the role
- Establish key strategic relationships with leaders and hiring managers
- Develop hiring strategies to quickly fill roles within business groups
- Manage and lead a team of predominantly technical recruiters
- Collaborate with partners in Vendor Management, Human Resources, Finance and Operations to develop and oversee an efficient and effective hiring process
Requirements
- 7+ years proven success in full life cycle recruiting
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proven consultative skills to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key partners to effectively influence and facilitate decisions
- Solid expertise in the areas of relationship building, hiring and staffing strategies, workforce planning, process improvement and service execution methodologies to meet high level client expectation
- Responsible for all aspects of managing a team, including but not limited to performance management, hiring, coaching, professional development, employee relations, and workload balancing
- Ability to exercise proven judgment in complex situations
- Strong time management techniques and organization skills to meet a high volume of requisitions and tight timelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into specific performance goals for team members providing key feedback on a regular basis
