About the role
- Design high-quality, intuitive UI and interaction patterns in Figma, especially the core funnel builder and emerging AI-driven surfaces.
- Partner closely with engineering to bring designs into production with high quality.
- Conduct user research with brands and internal stakeholders to inform design decisions.
- Iterate on prototypes and incorporate feedback from PMs, brand partners, and internal teams.
- Contribute to the design direction for both brand-facing workflows and large-scale consumer surfaces.
- Use AI tools to accelerate workflows and share learnings with the team.
Requirements
- 0-3 years in product design, ecommerce experience preferred.
- Exceptional visual/UI design craft, with a strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and interaction.
- A public portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, not just screens.
- Proficiency with Figma (components, prototyping, design systems).
- Active use of AI tools in your workflow.
- Clear communicator and strong collaborator across PM and engineering.
- Startup/SaaS experience with comfort in ambiguity preferred.
