About the role
- Perform configurations and parameterizations in the TOTVS RM modules: Inventory Management, Purchasing and Billing (RM Nucleus), Financial Management (RM Fluxus), Accounting Management (RM Saldus), Tax Management (RM Liber) and Asset Management (RM Bonum);
- Map and optimize administrative and financial processes;
- Support internal users in system usage, ensuring improved process performance;
- Execute tests, validations and user acceptance (homologation) of new rules and functionalities;
- Produce technical and operational documentation;
- Provide functional support and handle support tickets
Requirements
- Proven experience with TOTVS RM in the following modules: Inventory Management, Purchasing and Billing (RM Nucleus), Financial Management (RM Fluxus), Accounting Management (RM Saldus), Tax Management (RM Liber) and Asset Management (RM Bonum);
- Knowledge of administrative, financial and/or accounting routines;
- Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
- Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with users;
- Knowledge of SQL and system integrations;
- Experience in implementation or improvement projects with TOTVS RM;
