About the role
- Acting as the decision-maker for the product, defining and prioritising features and functionalities to maximise value.
- Managing and guiding a group of Business Analysts, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
- Collaborating closely with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Creating and maintaining the product backlog, capturing requirements, and translating them into clear user stories.
- Liaising with Product Managers and other product teams to ensure seamless delivery and progress reporting.
- Providing support for client issues and escalations,
Requirements
- You must have previous experience as a business analyst and/or product owner.
- You must have prior experience in the financial services sector.
- You will have a proven ability to work with internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
- You should demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
- You will ideally have experience with Azure DevOps and Aha.
