About the role
- Manage and expand strategic accounts with a focus on relationship management (Farmer profile);
- Perform consultative and technical sales of technology and digital transformation services;
- Identify and map client needs to propose tailored staff allocation solutions (bodyshop / staff augmentation);
- Lead relationship and negotiation meetings with stakeholders across business, operations, and executive levels;
- Ensure efficient use of CRM Dynamics to report activities, opportunities, and account status;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction;
- Act as a driver of transformation and innovation within the accounts managed.
Requirements
- Solid experience in consultative sales of technology services;
- Experience in IT consulting firms, especially with staff allocation models (bodyshop / staff augmentation);
- Proven track record in digital transformation projects;
- Ability to interact across different functions and hierarchical levels;
- Proficiency in CRM Dynamics;
- Bachelor’s degree completed;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Customer focus and a strong sense of urgency;
- Critical thinking and the ability to influence stakeholders;
- Ownership mindset and initiative;
- Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills;
- Innovation, research orientation, and results-driven mindset;
- Experience in retail and e‑commerce;
- Prior experience with large accounts or complex corporate environments;
- Knowledge of agile squads and structuring technical teams.
