About the role
- The Solutions Architect will be responsible for conducting technical assessments (as-is assessment) and designing the future architecture of a super app, focusing on scalability, security, modularity, and component reusability. The architecture should provide seamless integration of multiple services and modules, anticipating the adoption of patterns that enable the expansion of the platform ecosystem across different development fronts. They will act as a technical reference in defining architectural guidelines, creating reusable adapters, and supporting the construction of innovative, interoperable solutions.
- Conduct as-is assessments of existing architectures, identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design the future (to-be) architecture for applications oriented toward super apps, considering the integration of multiple services and modules.
- Define architectural patterns and development best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Create and maintain reusable adapters, promoting efficient integration between different systems and services.
- Support development teams in implementing solutions aligned with the defined architecture.
- Ensure compliance with security, performance, and data governance requirements.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align solutions with the company's strategic needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or certifications in software architecture, cloud, or systems integration is desirable.
- Strong experience in software architecture and designing complex solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of super apps and integrated digital ecosystems.
- Proficiency in integrations via APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with design patterns and developing reusable components.
- Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of application security and scalability practices.
- Ability to conduct technical assessments and develop architectural evolution roadmaps.
- Strategic vision and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Clear and assertive communication skills with different audiences (technical and executive).
- Collaborative, results-oriented profile.
- Proactive in identifying improvements and fostering continuous innovation.
- Postgraduate degree or certifications in software architecture, cloud, or systems integration is desirable.
