About the role
- Support users of the Client's internal systems in resolving questions and issues
- Work closely with business areas and other technical teams
- Manage and analyze incidents, ensuring resolution and compliance with agreed Service Levels (SLAs)
- Ensure structured analysis and resolution of incident root causes
- Identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes
- Work closely with project teams
- Participate in configuring appropriate support models and knowledge transfer
- Improve documentation of functional and technical processes and workflows
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Some prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and/or CRM processes
- Professional experience with PL/SQL, .NET, Pro*C, Shell scripting, Oracle Database, Oracle Forms and Reports
- Availability to work, on a rotating basis, in a 24x7 standby/on-call model
- Educational background in Information Systems or a related field is valued
- Knowledge of containerization and supply chain management (preferred)
- Ability to understand requirements and technical solutions
- Good communication skills
- Critical thinking and a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong delivery orientation and commitment to meeting deadlines and objectives
