About the role

  • Support users of the Client's internal systems in resolving questions and issues
  • Work closely with business areas and other technical teams
  • Manage and analyze incidents, ensuring resolution and compliance with agreed Service Levels (SLAs)
  • Ensure structured analysis and resolution of incident root causes
  • Identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes
  • Work closely with project teams
  • Participate in configuring appropriate support models and knowledge transfer
  • Improve documentation of functional and technical processes and workflows

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Some prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and/or CRM processes
  • Professional experience with PL/SQL, .NET, Pro*C, Shell scripting, Oracle Database, Oracle Forms and Reports
  • Availability to work, on a rotating basis, in a 24x7 standby/on-call model
  • Educational background in Information Systems or a related field is valued
  • Knowledge of containerization and supply chain management (preferred)
  • Ability to understand requirements and technical solutions
  • Good communication skills
  • Critical thinking and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong delivery orientation and commitment to meeting deadlines and objectives
