About the role
- Control and reconcile fixed assets, ensuring correct depreciation and capitalization of assets.
- Process and record payroll accounting (FOPAG).
- Support the recognition of backlogged/unbilled revenue to be invoiced.
- Post entries and perform reconciliations related to provisions for accrued costs and expenses.
- Control and account for prepaid expenses, ensuring correct monthly allocation.
- Support accounting close routines and requests from the mid/senior team.
- Support the annual submission of ECD and ECF.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis).
- Knowledge of accounting routines and reconciliations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
