• Lead implementations, customizations, and integrations of ServiceNow with enterprise systems, particularly SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
• Design technical and functional solutions aligned with best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and governance.
• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and proposal of improvements with business and technology stakeholders.
• Develop integrations using ERP Canvas (DataHub), IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs and native ServiceNow ↔ SAP connectors.
• Apply knowledge of BAPIs, RFCs and IDocs for integrations between ServiceNow and SAP modules.
• Configure and manage MID Servers, ensuring secure, high-performance connectivity between platforms.
• Produce technical and functional documentation, and support training sessions and knowledge transfer.
• Act as a technical reference, guiding the team on architectural decisions and leading the resolution of critical incidents.
