About the role
- Cultivates and sustains strong, collaborative relationships with agency owners.
- Regularly engages with agency owners to collect program feedback and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Provides dedicated support and partnership to agency owners throughout the enrollment process.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for agency owners, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Accountable for the success of the program(s) utilized by the agencies.
- Delivers comprehensive reports and summaries of performance results to agency owners.
- Communicates aggregated feedback and strategic insights to leadership.
- Collaborates with internal teams for seamless program management.
- Proactively identifies areas for enhancement and refinement within the program.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Distribution, project, or agency management experience required.
- 3-5 years market consolidation experience highly preferred
- Strong sales acumen preferred
- People leadership experience preferred
- Data analysis experience preferred
