About the role

  • Responsible for overall digital marketing performance from strategy through execution
  • Develop, manage and optimize performance marketing channels (SEA, Paid Social, Display, etc.)
  • Build and scale an efficient marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
  • Run data-driven A/B tests on landing pages, creatives, ads and audiences
  • Monitor and optimize key KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, CTR)
  • Work closely with design, content and sales teams to shape campaigns

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in performance marketing (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Strong knowledge of tracking & analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio or similar)
  • Experience with conversion optimization and tools such as HubSpot, Webflow or comparable platforms
  • Analytical mindset combined with creativity
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team with flexible priorities
  • Written German at C2 level
