Director

• The Co-Director of Behavioral Health is responsible for operational, financial, and clinical oversight over the Behavioral Health Department.
• Provides leadership and guidance to clinical and administrative staff, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures all services meet regulatory standards and organizational goals.
• Responsible for fostering a collaborative, ethical, trauma-informed, and patient-centered culture.
• Oversees the integration of mental and behavioral health services into primary care settings, ensuring access to high-quality patient care.
• Maintains working knowledge of and adheres to the program Manual, agency handbook and Policies and Procedures.
• Commitment to providing cost conscious, fiscally responsible, timely, efficient, effective, safe, patient-centered, culturally competent, equitable, and participatory health care.
• Oversee day-to-day BH operations to ensure optimal efficiency in service delivery, patient flow, and resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community partners, referral sources, and other healthcare providers.
• Ensure that all BH clinical services are delivered using evidence-based practices and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Continually evaluates services to support providers in maintaining productivity levels that meet the goals of the department and ensures access to the patients seeking services.
