About the role
- Lead and further develop one of two system administration groups, each consisting of 5 employees
- Responsible for the development and implementation of IT operations processes
- Ensure daily operations and ongoing updates of deployed hardware and software
- Expansion and redesign of cloud-based services
- Design and execution of IT projects
- Management of Microsoft, Linux, and VMware environments
- Further development of the existing infrastructure and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional and leadership experience
- Skills in organizational and project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Technical expertise in Microsoft (on-premises and M365), server virtualization (VMware), Linux, SQL database systems, storage (SAN, NAS), networking, and SAP administration
