About the role
- Develop contacts with State Disaster Management Authorities and Dam Safety Organizations
- Identify potential projects in hydro and flood control applications
- Support coordination of demos and field visits in remote regions
- Track tenders and registrations for PSU and state departments
- Maintain continuous communication with RSM (East) on lead progress
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years in field sales, B2B or B2G preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory
- Knowledge of public procurement or working with government departments is a plus
- Self-motivated, field-ready, and good at reporting
- Able to understand technical products (basic)
- Fluent in English + local language (optional)+ Hindi
