- Define SLA/SLO/SLI for products/services
- Engineer resilient design and implementation practices
- Design & implement Observability Solutions
- Optimize Cost of IT Infra & Operations
- Review and improve deployed products
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software product engineering principles, processes and systems
- Hands-on experience in Java / J2EE and web/application servers
- Experience in CI-CD and IaC tools
- Proficiency in cloud technology and its reliability tools
- Experience in Observability tools and metrics/log consolidation
- Knowledge of application design patterns and architectures
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Mastery of collaborative software development using Git, Jira, Confluence
- Knowledge of AI/ML & Data Analytics is desirable
