About the role

  • Provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations
  • Lead and deliver quality SAP Manufacturing projects or workstreams
  • Work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities
  • Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions
  • Initiate requirement gathering and blueprinting
  • Complete workflows and architect solutions including the functional design of the solution
  • Test solutions and write documentation
  • Complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
  • Consistently deliver quality client services
  • Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
  • Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate advisory and/or consulting work experience
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field and 4 years of advisory and/or consulting work experience
  • Must have 4 years of experience in providing advisory and/or consulting services in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end solutions in SAP
  • Must have 4 years of functional and technical experience with the following SAP S/4 modules: SAP PP, SAP PP-PI, and SAP QM
  • Must have 4 years of experience with SAP interfaces Manufacturing Execution Systems, Laboratory Information Management Systems, and shop floor controls
  • Must have 4 years of experience with manufacturing data including Material, BOMs, Production Versions, Routings and Recipes
  • Must have 4 years of experience creating and leading SAP workshops for external clients, including designing and presenting client-facing PowerPoint presentations
  • Must have 4 years of experience gathering requirements and working with offshore team member(s) and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects
  • Must have 4 years of experience in translating business requirements into end-to-end SAP-enabled solutions, including gathering requirements, solution design, building, testing and solution deployment
  • Must have 2 years of experience managing teams of technology professionals
  • Must have 2 years of project management experience
  • Requires travel up to 80%, which 10% may be international, to serve client needs.
